MERCED IRRIGATION DISTRICT ISSUED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT TODAY ABOUT FLOWS ON THE MERCED RIVER:

At 9 a.m. today, flows on the Merced River will increase from the current 5,200 cubic feet per second to 6,000 cubic feet per second below New Exchequer Dam. This flow will remain until further notice.
