Merced Irrigation District has recently transitioned to a new online Customer Service Portal to provide electric customers with an enhanced online experience. The new portal offers simplified paperless billing and the opportunity for online auto payments.

To ensure a seamless transition, MID respectfully requests that electric customers re-register their online account by clicking here. Customers currently enrolled in autopay will need to re-enroll through the new portal. Please note that the previous online portal eCare is no longer accessible.
