Winter storms can bring a host of challenges, ranging from closed roads to power outages and swollen streams. Residents are strongly encouraged to register for notification through the Merced County Emergency Notification System by clicking HERE. Helpful information may also be found on social media by following the Merced County Office of Emergency Services, Merced County, the City of Merced and Merced Irrigation District.

Basic necessities:
