MID Shade Tree Rebate Program
Merced Irrigation District electric customers who purchase deciduous shade trees can receive up to a $50 rebate per tree under the District’s new Growing Greener with MID Shade Tree Program pilot project.
The purchase date must fall between the dates of October 1 and April 30, 2025. Customers must submit their application and receipt to MID no later than 90 days from the date of purchase.
Rebate payments of up to $50 per tree (limit of two trees) will be issued as a bill credit to customers and are expected to take up to four weeks for processing.
