Jeff Marchini
Director (Division 1)
Bio:
Director Jeff Marchini is the Chief Executive Officer of J. Marchini Farms. Mr. Marchini’s involvement with agriculture began at an early age, working for his father and uncle in the farming business on weekends and in summers. He began working full time in the family business in 1985 after attending Fresno State and studying Ag Business. Mr. Marchini is a past president of the Merced County Farm Bureau, as well as having served on the Board of Directors for Le Grand Union High School and the Minturn Nut Company. He was elected to the MID Board in November 2014, and his current term expires in June 2024.

Mario Bandoni
Director (Division 2)
Bio:
Director Mario Bandoni is a Co-Owner of Louie & Mario Bandoni Farms, where he is a fourth generation farmer working on the family farm since childhood. Mr. Bandoni attended local schools and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fruit Science and a Minor in Plant Protection Science. Mr. Bandoni is a member/grower for Blue Diamond Almonds where he serves on the District 7 Liaison Committee. Mr. Bandoni was elected to the MID Board in December 2019, and his current term expires in June 2026.

Stephanie Dietz
Vice President / Secretary (Division 3)
Bio:
Director Stephanie Dietz is currently the Executive Director of the Community Foundation of Merced County. Her professional career has encompassed nearly 20 years of municipal and public agency experience, most notably as the Merced City Manager. She serves as the treasurer for the Golden State Agriculture Foundation and as an Advisory Board Member for the Central California Small Business Development Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Master of Arts in English and is a proud Fresno State Bulldog alumnus. Stephanie and her husband continue to own and operate the sheep ranch that has been in their family for four generations.

Ben Migliazzo
President (Division 5)
Bio:
Director Ben Migliazzo is a third generation farmer from the Atwater area and grew up on the Migliazzo Dairy. Director Migliazzo attended local schools and graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Plant Science. He is the owner of Migliazzo Farms and Farm Manager for Live Oak Farms. He is a member of Merced County Farm Bureau, serves as the Vice Chairperson for the California Pepper Commission and was past Chairperson for MIDAC. Director Migliazzo was appointed by the MID Board of Directors on April 2, 2024. His term will continue until the next District election, scheduled for 2026.
