Public Records Requests
The Merced Irrigation District (MID) provides access to public records in accordance with the California Public Records Act (Government Code section 7920.000 et seq.).
Requests to inspect or obtain copies of public records must be submitted in writing.

Information to Include
To assist MID in identifying the records you are requesting, please include:
- Your name.
- Your mailing address, email address, or telephone number.
- A detailed description of the record(s) you are requesting.
- Any known dates, departments, or other information that may help locate the requested records.
- Please be as specific as possible when making your request. Vague or unreasonably broad requests will be returned for clarification.
