Merced Irrigation District Foundation

Established in 1998, The Merced Irrigation District Foundation (Foundation) was formed to promote knowledge�of water resources through education and participation in youth activities. The Foundation also provides community assistance and individual hardship relief for District employees.

The Foundation is supported by donations from Merced Irrigation District Employees, grower-members and the public. Representatives from these same groups form the Foundations governing board.
