If you are constructing a new business (or development), you will also need to download
our Commercial / Industrial / Ag Construction Application Here.
2. You will need a copy of:
a. Applicants will be subject to an online soft credit screening. A deposit equal to two times the estimated monthly average bill (minimum $400) may be required to activate service.
3. Return the completed Non-Residential Service Application along with the required documents to MID.
